Light up your Life with this Adorable Chalkola Kitty Votive

With Chalkola chalk marker, you don’t have to settle for the ordinary when it comes to tea lights and votives.  You can make your own unique and endearing votive light in just a few minutes.

Supplies Required:

All you need is a:

• Clear glass votive holder
• Kitty pattern
• Chalkola markers

Step 1

As you can see from the photo, this finished votive holder would look particularly good with a white candle.

Step 2

You will need a clear glass votive holder and a pattern to draw from.  Tape the kitty pattern inside the votive holder and draw over it with a permanent marker.  Remove the paper pattern from the inside when you are done.

Step 3

Choose your chalk marker and prepare it by shaking it vigorously to mix the ink.

Step 4

Now you are ready to begin filling in your drawing.  If you want an exact replica of the kitty in the video, you will have chosen a light blue chalk marker

Step 5

Use your light blue chalk marker to color in the background and a darker blue for the kitty.

Step 6

Now for the finishing touches using a white chalk marker

Once all the ink is dry you will have a whimsical votive holder that is truly one of a kind.  You will never have to settle for mediocrity with Chalkola chalk markers!
